No meu caso refiz os conectores das reguas porem mesmo assim o tv acionava tensão qua sobra no negativo dos bancos de led. O correto é sobrar entre 0,8v e 1,5v. Acima disso o tv pode acionar proteção. Se nao for defeito nas reguas troque o liga quando querTensões da fonte ok, porém na placa principal, o U701 que é um regulador de 3,3v estava com tensão baixa 1,3v. Trocando IC4001 algumas vezes mas, quando acende, apaga-se quase de imediato ficando o led vermelho a piscarO problema está nas lâmpadas.
